The goal of Sound Space is to work in partnership with the leaders of Colusa schools, teachers, musicians, and arts organizations to extend low-cost, high-quality music and recording arts education beyond our schools. Sound Space provides children of Colusa, who are drawn to the power and beauty of music, a safe, after-school activity.
Our seven-week pilot program is aimed at 4th and 5th graders at Egling School. Students will be walked from the after school program to and from Sound Space. We will pick up students at 2:30pm on Wednesdays from February 28th to April 10th. Our Sunday Matinee performance is on April 14st.
Sound Space is a non-sectarian, non-profit program of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Support
Donations of materials, funds, and time help support music education and leadership opportunities for all Colusa children and youth, starting with our 4th graders and high schoolers.
Serve
Paid teachers and staff, youth leaders, and volunteers are needed. You are invited to be a part of extending music education beyond our schools.
